Gold Club Membership Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
Gold Club Membership is exclusively available to residents of East Perth, Western Australia. Members must be 18 years of age or older and provide proof of residency to join. Acceptable forms of proof include, but are not limited to:Driver’s licence showing an East Perth address
Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet) with an East Perth address
Rates notice or council statement with an East Perth address
Lease agreement or rental contract in the member’s name
All documents must be current and clearly show the member’s name and East Perth address.
Staff are only required to visually sight the proof of residency. Physical Gold Club cards will only be issued once residency has been verified, and must be collected in person at the bar. Postal delivery of membership cards is not available.
2. Registration Requirements
To apply, individuals must complete the official Gold Club Membership form.
After submitting the form, applicants must present their confirmation email to bar staff as proof of registration.
A physical Gold Club card will be issued only after eligibility has been confirmed.
Membership cards must be collected in person at the bar; postal delivery is not available.
3. Membership Card Usage
Members must present their physical Gold Club card at the bar to redeem any membership benefits.
The physical card is required for every transaction; digital copies or confirmation emails cannot be used once the card has been issued.
The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
4. Member Benefits
Eligible members receive 15% off qualifying purchases when they present their physical Gold Club card.
The discount applies only at participating areas of the venue and may exclude certain items, specials, or promotional offers at management’s discretion.
5. Loss or Replacement of Cards
Lost or damaged cards should be reported to bar staff.
6. Membership Review & Revocation
Management reserves the right to review membership eligibility at any time.
Membership may be revoked if misuse, false information, or non-local residency is discovered.
Management may amend or discontinue the Gold Club program at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected during the sign-up process is used solely for verifying residency and administering the membership program.
Personal information collected may be processed by trusted third-party service providers to administer membership and send marketing communications. These providers are bound by privacy and security obligations.
Email & Marketing Communications
To join the Gold Club, members must provide a valid email address. By supplying their email, members consent to being added to our mailing list and agree to receive marketing communications, updates, and promotional offers related to the venue. Members may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.
